Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Bubbli Technologies ("Agency", "we", "us") for website design, custom web application development, cloud hosting setup, or workflow automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Delivery & Timelines

• ₹4,999 Landing Page Offer: Delivered within 3 business days once all essential materials (business details, contact numbers, logo, and photos) are submitted by the client.
• Multi-Page & Custom Applications: Delivery timelines vary by project complexity (typically 5 to 15 business days) as outlined in the client's official statement of work.
• Workflow Automations: Delivered and validated within 3 to 7 business days per workflow sequence.

3. Payment Terms & Pricing

• Promotional ₹4,999 Package: 50% advance upon project initiation, 50% upon final delivery and domain connection.
• Custom Web Applications / Automations: Milestone-based payments (e.g., 40% advance, 30% preview milestone, 30% final deployment).
• Zero Monthly Fees Guarantee: Static website architecture deployed on high-speed CDN infrastructure incurs zero monthly server hosting fees from Bubbli Technologies. The client maintains ownership and annual renewal of their custom domain name.

4. Revisions & Support Policy

All packages include 30 days of free revisions and content updates following live launch. Ongoing monthly maintenance or feature additions can be scheduled via custom support packages.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon completion of final payment, full ownership rights of the customized front-end code, assets, and design files are transferred to the client. Bubbli Technologies retains the right to display the completed work as part of our agency portfolio unless protected by a non-disclosure agreement.
